  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 Tablespoons oil
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup All Bran
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins


  • Blend the honey and oil. Mix in the yogurt, rind, vanilla and eggs. then stir
  • in the dry ingredients, followed by the raisins. Drop by teaspooon onto
  • lightly greased or sprayed cookie sheets and bake in a preheated 400 F. degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to rest 1 minute and carefully remove
  • to a towel.
