1 can of garbanzo beans
1-2 avocado
Mayonnaise (optional)
half an onion
clove of garlic (optional)
half a cucumber
teaspoon of olive oil
sliced bread of choice (6 slices)
1 lime
1 tomato
salt
pepper
Directions
rinse beans in a strainer
pit avocados and mash with a fork in a small bowl
chop all vegetables and set aside
put teaspoon of olive oil and chopped garlic, and garbanzo beans into a pan
stir mixture for about 2-3 minutes on medium heat
remove mixture and put into a bowl
mash bean mixture
add mashed avocado and chopped vegetables together in a bowl with seasonings
mix until mixture is thick and spreadable
spread mixture onto bread of choice and enjoy
