- 6 T. Olive oil
- 3 T. Red wine vinegar
- 1 t. yellow mustard
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 anchovy filets
- I used my mini cuisinart to blend, but if you chop the fillets fine you can just put it in a jar and shake it. (That is what the recipe called to do anyway).
NotesI tossed this with a salad blend and tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms. YUMMY!
