Garlic Baked Chicken

Ingredients

2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic/minced
1 T. fresh rosemary/chopped
4 T. fresh lemon juice
salt/pepper/to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make a marinade of minced garlic, rosemary


& lemon juice. Season chicken w/ salt/pepper. Put chicken in the bowl w/


marinade. Toss slightly. Ziploc type bas can be used, too. Spray a 9x13


baking dish w/ vegetable oil (Pam). Place chicken in pan in a single


layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 min or till done and juices run


clear.


Per serving: 138 calories, 1 g fat, 27 g protein, 2 g carbs, 68 mg


cholesterol, 77 mg sodium
