- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- dash ground black pepper
- In a screw-top jar combine all ingredients.
- Cover and shake well.
- Serve immediately or store in refrigerator up to 1 week; shake before serving.
