6 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound champignon mushrooms cut in half
4 TBSP soy sauce
5 green onions sliced
1/2 lemon juice and pinch of lemon zest
small handful of parsley chopped
In pan saute garlic with oil then add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
Add soy sauce, green onions, lemon juice, lemon zest and cook for 2-5 more minutes.
Add parsley and stir.
Garnish with parsley.
Pairs Well With
To clean mushrooms use a wet paper cloth .
Do not soak mushrooms in water since they soak up water like little sponges.
