6 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound champignon mushrooms cut in half
4 TBSP soy sauce
5 green onions sliced
1/2 lemon juice and pinch of lemon zest
small handful of parsley chopped
Saute garlic in oil and add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add soy sauce, green onions, lemon juice and simmer for 1 more minute.
Add parsley and stir.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley.

To clean mushrooms use a wet paper cloth .
Do not soak mushrooms in water since they soak up water like little sponges.
