Garlic Shrimp Pasta and Broccoli
1 lb of fresh shrimp
1 garlic clove
1 box of fettucine noodles
1 cup of broccoli
3 TBS Olive Oil
Peel and clean shrimp.
Cut garlic into slivers and cut broccoli to bite size pieces. In a wok or frying pan, heat up olive oil and place garlic in the olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the shrimp.
Cook shrimp until pink then add broccoli.
Add more olive oil to taste.
While coking shrimp, boil water and cook fettucine until tender.
When noodles are cooked, add them to your shrimp and broccoli.
Add pamesean to taste.
