Garlic Shrimp with Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz. canned tiny shrimp, drained & rinsed
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup zucchini, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
DIRECTIONS
Place shrimp and vegetables in foil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake in oven at 350 F until vegetables are tender. Enjoy.
