Garlic bread 1 small loaf
Finely chopped onions 1/2 cup
Finely chopped chilly 6
Finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
Grated cheese 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Cut the bread loaf into 1/2 inch thick slices.
Take a non stick pan and add butter, place the bread slices on the pan and simmer the gas.
Turn the side of bread, add onions, tomotoes, chilly, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of chilly flakes and pinch on salt.
Add cheese on top and cover the pan with a glass lid for 5-8 mins.
Serve hot with tomoto ketchup.
