German Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients

Brownie:
4 oz German sweet chocolate
¼ cup margarine
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup flour
½ cup nuts

Cream Cheese:
4 oz cream cheese, soften
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp flour


brownie:


microwave chocolate and margarine in large microwave safe bowl at high 2 min or until melted. Stir until chocolate completely melted. Stir sugar into melted mixture. Stir in eggs and vanilla until mixed well. Mix in flour until blended. Stir in nuts (optional) and spread in greased 8 in square pan.


Cream cheese topping:


Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and flour until smooth. Smooth over brownie mixture swirl with knife to marbleize.


Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool in pan.
