German Oven Pancakes
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Beat flour and eggs together with a rotary beater. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a cold, greased, 10-inch baking disk (or cake pan).
Bake in a preheated oven at 450 F. oven for 20 minutes. Pancakes will puff with big bubbles while baking.
Serve with topping of choice - goes well with syrup or jam.
