GHOST CAKE FROSTING
Ghost Cake Frosting
INGREDIENTS
- Frosting:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 5 tablespoons light corn syrup
- Dash salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Frosting:
Combine sugar, egg whites, corn syrup and salt in top of double boiler or stainless steel bowl. Set over boiling water. Beat constantly until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes. Remove from water and beat in vanilla.
