GHOST CAKE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 5 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • Dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Frosting:
  • Combine sugar, egg whites, corn syrup and salt in top of double boiler or stainless steel bowl. Set over boiling water. Beat constantly until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes. Remove from water and beat in vanilla.
