Giant Peanut Butter Cookies

My sister-in-law brought these cookies to our family reunion and they are sooooo delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 24
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c. butter Crisco
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. soda
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1-2 cups. chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. peanut butter chips

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together. Drop on cookie sheet using 1/4 measuring cup for the size.


Bake 375 for 10-16 min. depending on how hot your oven is. Makes 2 dozen large cookies
