INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box gelatin pkts.
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cup tonic
  • 1 cup gin

DIRECTIONS

Use the packets in the single gelatin box. Boil in 3/4 cup water and 1/4 cup lime juice. Once the gelatin is disolved, pour two cups tonic and 1 cup gin and mix and pour in a pan. Refrigerate.


The first time I made them I did half cup lime, half cup water, but it was too strong of a flavor.

I 'assume' that this recipe ALSO uses LIME gelatine....but just wanted to be sure as there IS a 'pllain' one out there.

actually, i did use plain. You could use lime, but it's sweetened, so it might be sweeter than a regular gin and tonic
