Ingredients

Pork tenderloin
Spaghetti sauce
parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
egg
bread crumbs
spaghetti or vermicelli

Dip the pork tenderloin in egg and then bread crumbs.

Brown the tenderloin in a little oil.

Put it in a baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Cover and bake at 350 for about an hour or so.

Then cover the top with mozzarella cheese and return to oven, uncovered, until cheese is melted.

When it's done, remove the tenderloin and slice it up, stir the sauce to mix the cheese into the sauce.

Use the sauce on top of spaghetti.
