GINGER SAUCE FOR GRILLED FISH

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of grated lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon of grated onion
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and put in a small saucepan. Cook over a
  • very low heat for about 5 minutes then spoon over and grilled fish fillets
  • or steaks.
