Ginger Sauce For Grilled Fish

Ingredients

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon of grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon of grated onion
6 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of lemon juice


Mix all the ingredients together and put in a small saucepan. Cook over a


very low heat for about 5 minutes then spoon over and grilled fish fillets


or steaks.
