Glauber Family's Lava Cakes
4 oz of bittersweet chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flour
1 stick of butter (6 tablespoons)
1/3 cup of sugar
Pre-heat oven to 230 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit).
Butter and flour your muffin or popover tins.
Melt chocolate and butter in a double broiler.
Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar until light and foamy.
Pour and whisk chocolate mixture into egg mixture and then beat in the flour.
Pour into your tins and let bake for about 4-6 minutes (or untl the outer rim is well done).
