GLAZE FOR PORK ROAST

Ingredients

  • 1-16oz can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup Port wine
  • 1 tbls prepared yellow mustard

Directions

  • In saucepan combine all ingredients
  • Simmer until smooth, stirring occasionally
  • Brush on roast about 30 minutes before its done
  • Serve extra glaze as a sauce itch met
