Glazed Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

3 Tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
4 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice or white vinegar
2 8oz salmon fillets


Prepare grill to medium-high heat. To creat glaze, combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and soy sauce in medium bowl, then wisk to blend. Brush one side of salmon fillets generously with half of the glaze. Place salmon on the grill, glazed side down. Gril until slightly charred, about 4 minutes. Bursh top of salmon with remaining glaze. Turn salmon over and grill until second side is slightly charred and salmon is just opaque in the center, about 5 minutes longer
