INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    •

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs; beat on medium for one min. Gradually beat in soda. Pour into a 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.


FOR GLAZE


Combine powered sugar and lemon juice and spread over warm cake.
