- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs; beat on medium for one min. Gradually beat in soda. Pour into a 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- FOR GLAZE
- Combine powered sugar and lemon juice and spread over warm cake.
