Glazed Sweet Potatoes
1/2 c. apple jelly
1 tsp. red cinnamon candies (red hots)
2 Tb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (17 oz.) cans vacuum pack sweet potatoes, drained
Melt apple jelly, candies and butter in skillet. Add salt and stir to blend.
Add sweet potatoes. Turn to coat thoroughly with mixture. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. Uncover. Turn potatoes again and continue cooking 'til thoroughly heated, 2-3 min.
