GLUTEN FREE CUPCAKES

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 3 Tbsp milk

Directions

  • Mix well. Pour into well greased muffin tins or sprayed with oil. Remember, NO FLOUR. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Can add chocolate chips and pecans. YUM! These are really good!

Notes

My youngest sister is gluten intolerant so whenever I'm having a family dinner, I reach for this recipe to make for her, so she can have dessert also.
