Gluten Free Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Why I Love This Recipe
This has been a staple recipe for many many years. I think I may have got it from a Sainsburys pasta sauce book, however who knows! I have made it less fiddly and more store cupboard as it originally contained fresh parsley and i have swopped this for dried herbs of your choice.
Ingredients You'll Need
30 g butter
2 garlic cloves
350 g mushrooms
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of dried herbs of your choice
Slice mushrooms and chop/squash garlic
Fry mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add lemon juice, garlic and herbs and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Meanwhile, cook pasta.
Drain pasta and combine with mushroom sauce.
Pairs Well With
Is sufficient on its own, although you could swop the pasta for rice.
