- gluten free soy sauce
- rice vinegar
- water
- ginger powder
- garlic powder
- sugar
DIRECTIONS
Marinade meat or tofu for at least an hour, it's best overnight. Grill or broil meat and serve with stir fry or steamed veggies for a healthy low fat meal.

So I'm not giving you quantities on this one, you have to taste for yourself. Start with the soy sauce and rice vinegar. Keep in mind that it will be very strong before you add water, so add the water at the end in little bits until it's the strength you desire.
To make this a basic Korean bulgogi marinade, add pineapple juice and less sugar.
