Golden Lemon Sauce

Sweet Sauce 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juioe
  • 1/4 cup butter

DIRECTIONS

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.


Stir in water,lemon zest and juice.


Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly until thickened.


Remove from heat.


Stir in butter until combined.


Serve immediately
