- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp. Almond Oil
- Boil water and turmeric in a small saucepan, over medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
- In another saucepan, bring almond oil and milk to boil and remove from heat.
- Combine the two mixtures, adding honey to taste.
