  • 1/8 tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Almond Oil
  • Honey


  • Boil water and turmeric in a small saucepan, over medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
  • In another saucepan, bring almond oil and milk to boil and remove from heat.
  • Combine the two mixtures, adding honey to taste.
