INGREDIENTS

  • 1/8 tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Almond Oil
  • Honey

DIRECTIONS

Boil water and turmeric in a small saucepan, over medium-high heat for 8 minutes.


In another saucepan, bring almond oil and milk to boil and remove from heat.


Combine the two mixtures, adding honey to taste.

ooh, this reminds me of a drink my mom used to fix up for me whenever I had a cold. The only difference in her recipe is that she leaves out the water and almond oil. Milk, honey and tumeric. We used to call it "yellow milk" haha, but now when I think about it, Golden milk sounds a lot better!
