  • 30ml apricot brandy
  • 30ml yellow chartreuse
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add apricot brandy, yellow chartreuse and egg yolk
  • Shake
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
