- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey (2 points)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. rosemary
- 1 tbsp. thyme
- 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (my addition)
- Combine and marinate chicken, scallops or shrimp a few hours. Keep marinade while meat grills and bring to a boil to use as a sauce!
