INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. honey (2 points)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. thyme
  • 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (my addition)
    •

DIRECTIONS

Combine and marinate chicken, scallops or shrimp a few hours. Keep marinade while meat grills and bring to a boil to use as a sauce!
