Grain Free Italian Meatballs
1 lb. Grass Fed Ground Beef
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Coconut Flour
2-3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Tomato sauce of your choice
Pour your tomato sauce into a saucepan and simmer.
In a bowl, mix all of your seasonings with the flour, sift it.
Add water and stir until a paste forms.
Add the meat and mash together.
Form into 1 inch meatballs.
Heat a skillet on medium heat with Olive Oil.
Brown the meatballs on each side, then add the heated tomato sauce.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
(Make sure the meatballs are covered in sauce)
