Gran-Gran's chicken and dumplings
1 1/2 cups SR flour
enough chicken broth to make dough
Boil chicken pieces till tender.
Mix flour, egg and enough chicken broth to make dough.
Knead 3-4 times.
Roll out on floured surface till thin.
Cut with sharp knife into strips.
Add to boiling water.
Set off of burner once all cut dough has been added.
Add shredded chicken.
Let set till thickened.

Came from my grandmother who would cook these on Sundays for lunch. A great comfort food that brings back wonderful childhood memories of family.
