- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Remove shells from eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and put in a bowl with all of the remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the halved egg whites.
- Top with paprika.
NotesMy grandmother made these eggs for every special occasion. They're still my favorite version of deviled eggs.
