GRAND-MA-MA'S DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika

Directions

  • Remove shells from eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and put in a bowl with all of the remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the halved egg whites.
  • Top with paprika.

Notes

My grandmother made these eggs for every special occasion. They're still my favorite version of deviled eggs.
