  • 1 Pillsbury Pet-Ritz Frozen Deep Dish 9-Inch Pie Crust
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters
  • 1 1/2 cup SPLENDA
  • 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 cup fat-free skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Mix sugar, flour & cocoa together.
  • Beat egg yolks and add milk. Add to sugar mixture and cook till it bubbles.
  • Pour into baked pie shell & cover with meringue.


My grandmother has been making this pie for years, it's marked more family birthdays and holidays then I probably know exist. I tweaked the ingredients to make it WW friendly (of course) and think it still tastes pretty darn good.
