- 1 Pillsbury Pet-Ritz Frozen Deep Dish 9-Inch Pie Crust
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 1 1/2 cup SPLENDA
- 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cup fat-free skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix sugar, flour & cocoa together.
- Beat egg yolks and add milk. Add to sugar mixture and cook till it bubbles.
- Pour into baked pie shell & cover with meringue.
NotesMy grandmother has been making this pie for years, it's marked more family birthdays and holidays then I probably know exist. I tweaked the ingredients to make it WW friendly (of course) and think it still tastes pretty darn good.
