- 1/4cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 11/2 cup cooked oatmeal (malt oatmeal is good)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- Mix all ingredients well and cook as a regular pancake on griddle.
- The pancakes will be thin.
- Serve with butter & sugar, jam, syrup, etc.
