Grandma Ann's German Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 5
  • Servings: 6-8
  • Preparation Time: 10
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Milk to thin, about 3 cups
  • Oil to fry in

DIRECTIONS

Combine all but milk


Add milk while stirring until batter is thin (liquidy)


Heat oil in cast iron skillet


Add batter in 1/4 cup increments


Fry until golden brown


Serve with homemade blueberry sauce
