GRANDMA ANN'S GERMAN PANCAKES

 

  • Cooking Time: 5

Ingredients

  • Dash of salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Milk to thin, about 3 cups
  • Oil to fry in

Directions

  • Combine all but milk
  • Add milk while stirring until batter is thin (liquidy)
  • Heat oil in cast iron skillet
  • Add batter in 1/4 cup increments
  • Fry until golden brown
  • Serve with homemade blueberry sauce
