GRANDMA BEA'S 5 CUP SALAD
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, but reserve juice
- 1 large can mandarin oranges
- 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
- 6-8 oz sour cream
- ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
Mix and refrigerate overnight. If too dry the next day add a little of the reserved pineapple juice.
