Grandma Bea's 5 cup salad

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, but reserve juice
1 large can mandarin oranges
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
6-8 oz sour cream
½ cup shredded coconut (optional)


Mix and refrigerate overnight. If too dry the next day add a little of the reserved pineapple juice.
