GRANDMA BEA'S 5 CUP SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, but reserve juice
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6-8 oz sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

  • Mix and refrigerate overnight. If too dry the next day add a little of the reserved pineapple juice.

My Grandma Bea always served this at our Sunday family dinners and I love it:)
