GRANDMA LILLY'S CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut up
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 pkg. Onion Soup mix
  • 1 bag frozen peas, cooked

Directions

  • Oil lasagna pan spread rice on bottom of pan. Place chicken in pan. Mix cream soup and water, pour over chicken.
  • Mix onion soup in pouch to combine onions with mix and sprinkle over chicken. Bake covered for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
  • at 350 degrees. Once done I like to mix a bag of cooked frozen peas in.
