Grandma Sally's Meatballs

Serves 4-6 | Prep Time 15-20 | Cook Time 15-20

Ingredients

1 lb ground chuck
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten


Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with hands. If too dry, add one more egg or 2 T milk. Bake at 350° until brown, about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, can be added to sauce.
