PrintINGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 8
- ¾ C margarine or oil
- 1 C sugar
- ¼ C molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 C flour
- ½ t cloves
- ½ t cinnamon
- 1 t allspice
- ½ t salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine margarine, sugar, molasses and eggs. Mix well. (If oil is used, be sure that the sugar, molasses and oil have combined, let set and stir in a little extra.) Add dry ingredients. Chill (not necessary) form balls. Roll in granulated sugar and place on pans. Bake at 350 – 375 for 8 minutes.
