Grani's Mexican Cassarole
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 pkg Yellow Corn Tortillas
2 cans Cream of Mushroom
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes: Diced with Green Chilies
1 lb Cheddar/Jack Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 F
Combine cream of mushroom and rotel tomatoes in medium bowl
Cover bottom of dish with torillas
Fold tortillas in half to break then line sides with halves.
Tortilla on Bottom
Repeat until casserole dish full and top with Cheese
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
