Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe comes from my grandmothers' kitchen. We have spent countless hours in the kitchen bonding, reminiscing, and baking and cooking our little hearts out. Home is where the hear is, and in her home, that is the kitchen. This recipe is one of the first she ever taught me.


Ingredients You'll Need

2 lbs Ground Beef
1 pkg Yellow Corn Tortillas
2 cans Cream of Mushroom
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes: Diced with Green Chilies
1 lb Cheddar/Jack Cheese


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F


Combine cream of mushroom and rotel tomatoes in medium bowl


Cover bottom of dish with torillas


Fold tortillas in half to break then line sides with halves.


Layer:


Tortilla on Bottom


Meat


Wet Ingredients


Cheese


Repeat until casserole dish full and top with Cheese


Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
