- 1 cup of basmati rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ diced white onion
- 2 cups chicken stock
- Sauté onion in olive oil in a small pot on medium. Add rice and slowly add stock. Adding more as it gets absorbed. Cooked covered and stir often.
NotesI don't like plain white rice but my boyfriend loves it so I find this rice is perfect for everyone and goes with everything.
