GRANOLA BARS
INGREDIENTS
- 4 c. oats
- 2 c. sweetened coconut
- 2 c. sliced almonds
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 1/2 c. dried fruit
- 1 c. dried figs
- 1 c. dried cranberries
- 1 c. cashews
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss oats, coconut, and almonds. Whisk oil and honey, and pour over the oat mixture. Stir with wooden spoon (best). Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake, stirring occasionally, around 45 minutes. Take out of oven, add fruit and cashews. Cool in refridgerator, stirring occasionally, 3-4 times in a two hour period. Cut into squares or rectangles. Enjoy
