Grape Juicy Pie
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups grape juice
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 tblsp. butter
1 1/2 tblsp lemon juice
1 pie shell (BAKED)
Whipped Cream (I prefer homemade)
Mix sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan.
Stir in grape juice.
Cook on medium heat, stiring until thick and boiling, boiling only 1 minute, no longer.
Remove from heat, stir mixture into beaten eggs. Return to heat, add butter and lemon juice, and boil for 1 more minute only, no longer.
Pour into BAKED pie shell and cool, serve with whipped cream, and ENJOY
