1 – 8oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
4-6 cups grapes, stemmed, washed and dried (best with red, seedless)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Place the grapes and pecans in a large bowl. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and stir well until all the grapes are coated with the cream cheese.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving
