- 2 lb. White Grapes
- 2 lb. Red Grapes
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 8oz Sour Cream
- 3/4 C. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Wash & dry grapes well.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Pour grapes into the mixture, stirring gently until all grapes are well coated.
- Salad is best if chilled 24 hours before serving.
NotesThis was always a huge hit at the office I used to work in and it's a big hit at home too! There are many variations of it, but this is how *I* make it! :)
You CAN add nuts to this if you want. My mother adds pecans, my ex-boss adds walnuts. It's all a matter of taste.
