2 lb. White Grapes
2 lb. Red Grapes
8oz Cream Cheese
8oz Sour Cream
3/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Wash & dry grapes well.
Combine cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add sour cream and vanilla.
Pour grapes into the mixture, stirring gently until all grapes are well coated.
Salad is best if chilled 24 hours before serving.

This was always a huge hit at the office I used to work in and it's a big hit at home too! There are many variations of it, but this is how *I* make it! :)
You CAN add nuts to this if you want. My mother adds pecans, my ex-boss adds walnuts. It's all a matter of taste.
