Why I Love This Recipe

Step 1 :Bring grape must to a boil for about 5-7 minutes, in a separate bowl add flour and 2-3 ladles of grape must and get all lumps out.

Step 2 :Add to grape must and stir well, mix in sugar and continue stirring for an additional 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Step 3 :Pour into serving bowl, top with ground walnuts, sesame seeds and ground cinnamon.

Step 4 :Let cool and enjoy!

IF YOU CANNOT FIND GRAPE MUST IN YOUR AREA, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE MOLASSES. BELOW IS THE MOLASSES VERSION:

Step 1 :1 cup molasses , 3 ½ cups water , 1 cup flour

RECIPE DIRECTIONS FOR MOUSTALEVRIA

Step 1 :Bring the molasses and water to a boil.

Step 2 :In a bowl add the flour and 2 ladles of hot molasses, mix well to get out all lumps and pour into pot.

Step 3 :Mix well and continue cooking for about 2 minutes, remove from heat and pour into serving bowls.

Step 4 :Top with ground walnuts, sesame seeds and ground cinnamon.

Step 5 :Let cool and enjoy!
