GRAPES AND PINEAPPLE IN SOUR CREAM
- 2 cups seedless green grapes
- 1 can pineapple bits
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Mix reserving 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Chill then sprinkle remaining sugar before serving
This recipe makes for a nice light dessert. I generally like sour cream in desserts when called for because you sometimes can't tell the difference between it and yogurt.
