2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 cups cucumbers, peel and seed
1 1/2 cups fresh tomatoes, rough chop
1 1/4 cups green peppers seed and rough chop
1c Spanish onions, peel and rough chop
2T fresh garlic, peeled and minced
2T Red Wine Vinegar
2 6oz cans v8 juice
6 oz tomato juice
1 1/2c Bloody Mary Mix
1/2T Tabasco sauce
Combine the chopped veggies and the garlic, and puree.
add in remaining ingredients and blend together.
serve in a bowl and garnish with more diced onion, cukes, peppers and tomatoes
eat with crackers.
