2 lbs Ground Beef (turkey works well too. sometimes I use 1 lb of each)
1/2 c. Bread Crumbs (approximately)
1/4 c. Grated Parmesan (approximately)
1 envelope Dry Italian Dressing Mix
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Shape into meatballs (I make them 1 to 1-1/2 inches).
Cover the bottom of a 15x9 jelly roll pan with foil. Place a cookie cooling rack on top of the foil. Place meatballs on top of rack and bake at 350 fo 35-40 minutes or until done. (the rack allows the grease to drip away from the meat)
If freezing: cool meatballs completely on rack. Bag and freeze
