Ingredients

  • serves 1
  • 2 T. smooth peanut butter
  • 1 in. piece banana (smashed well)

Directions

  • Mix both together well. Spread on graham cracker and eat! GREAT SOURCE
  • OF PROTEIN
  • AND POTASSIUM TOGETHER! (only make enough for 1 serving as banana
  • doesn't keep well)
