- 1/2 bag of prewashed lettuce mix
- 1/2 apple, sliced to bite size
- 1/8 cup of raisins
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 oz grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons Consorzzio light raspberry salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredients together, then pour dressing over and enjoy!
